Allen D. Kriner, age 79, of Wellsboro, PA, died on Thursday, April 7, 2022.  He was born on December 6, 1942 in Wellsboro, PA, a son of the late Perley and Grace (Gitchell) Kriner.  He served in the US Army and was retired from Corning Glass Works, Wellsboro, PA. Allen raised beef cattle, was a NY Yankees fan and enjoyed NASCAR, gardening and going for drives on the back roads of Tioga County.  He is survived by two sisters: Dorothy Blackburn of CA, Linda Hanson of WA and several nieces, nephews and cousins.  He was predeceased by two sisters: Marion Torpy and Arlene Johns, and six brothers: James Kriner, Lyle Kriner, Basil Kriner, Arnold Kriner, Charles Kriner and Donald Kriner.  A memorial service will be held at a later date.  Arrangements are entrusted to the Carleton Funeral Home, Inc. www.carletonfh.com Wellsboro, PA.
