She was born on June 29, 1954 in Wellsboro, PA, a daughter of the late John and Virginia (Wilcox) Cooney and was married to Curtis Cole. She is survived by her husband: Curtis Cole of Tioga, PA, sons: Jacob Hallock of Denver, CO, Josh Hallock of Tioga, PA, brothers: Jack Cooney of Wellsboro, PA, Mike Cooney of Wellsboro, PA, Chris Cooney of Athens, PA.
