Arlene M. (Mosetter) Butler, age 66, of Wellsboro, PA, died on Saturday, March 25, 2023.  She was born on December 23, 1956 in Philadelphia, PA a daughter of the late William F. and Helen (Piernock) Mosetter and was married to Richard "Rick" C. Butler.  Arlene was formerly employed by Carleton Nursing Home, Wellsboro, PA, was a lifetime social member of the Middlebury Fire Department and loved spending time with her children, grandchildren and great grandchildren.  She is survived by her husband: Rick Butler of Wellsboro, PA, daughter: Melinda "Mindy" Kline of Wellsboro, PA, daughter-in-law: Cheri Butler of Wellsboro, PA, brothers: William Baker of Gold, PA, William Mosetter of Philadelphia, PA, sister: Kathy Baker Talada of Tioga, PA, grandchildren: Kirk Butler, Teahl (Josh) Baldwin, Karrissa (Ian) Bollock, Katelyn (Robert) Swackhammer, Cameron (Natasa Johns) Butler, and seven great grandchildren.  She was predeceased by two sons: Cameron Butler and Carl Butler and a sister: Helen Andrews.  A viewing will be held on Wednesday, March 29, 2023 from 12 to 2 pm at the Carleton Funeral Home, Inc. www.carletonfh.com Wellsboro, PA.  A funeral service will follow at 2:00 pm at the funeral home with Pastor Kristi A.
