Barbara A. "Bobbi" (Perry) Kinder, age 81, of Wellsboro, PA, died on Friday, December 8, 2023.  She was born on July 28, 1942 in Rochester, NY, a daughter of the late Joseph and Loretta (Bodenheimer) Perry and was married to Joe Kinder, Jr.  Bobbi worked as a paralegal at Florida Abstract Title Company and loved to travel, go to the casinos and spend time with her family and friends.  She is survived by her husband: Joe Kinder of Wellsboro, PA, son: Michael Huntington of Lockport, NY, daughters: Linda Huntington of Wellsboro, PA, Michelle (Thomas) Olear of Cheektowaga, NY, Stacey (Eric) Dodge of Middleport, NY, sister: Rosalyn Casey of AL, 6 grandchildren and two great grandchildren.  Funeral services will be private and are entrusted to the Carleton Funeral Home, Inc. www.carletonfh.com Wellsboro, PA.
