Barbara A. Confer, age 62, of Wellsboro, PA, died on Sunday, February 20, 2022.  She was born on December 23, 1959 in Wellsboro, PA a daughter of the late Harold and Nancy (Boucher) Confer.  Barb worked at the Wellsboro Diner for many years, was a former member of the Sabinsville Volunteer Fire Department and enjoyed spending time with her family and friends.  She is survived by three sisters: Valerie Stilwell of Warren, PA, Chris (Kevin) Mattison of Middlebury Center, PA, Erin Driscoll of Wellsboro, PA and many nieces, nephews and cousins.  In keeping with Barb's wishes, there will not be any services.  Arrangements are entrusted to the Carleton Funeral Home, Inc., www.carletonfh.com Wellsboro, PA.
