Charlie C. Logan, age 78, of Wellsboro, PA, died on Friday, February 8, 2019.  He was born on July 13, 1940 in Blossburg, PA, a son of the late Clarence and Edna (Carroll) Logan and was married to the late Dora E. (West) Logan.  Charlie retired from Dietrich's Milk Products and enjoyed hunting, fishing and his scrap business.  He is survived by a son: Jamie (Jill) Logan of Wellsboro, PA, four daughters: Linda (William) Kent of Mansfield, PA, Sue Knapp of Wellsboro, PA, Penny (Todd) Fassett of Rush, OK, Patty (Kent) Chilson of Wellsboro, PA, sisters: Ann (Ed) Mengee of Wellsboro, PA, Virginia Case of Mansfield, PA, Ruth (Earl) Carpenter of Mansfield, PA, Dorothy Aumick of Mansfield, PA, 8 grandchildren and 9 great grandchildren.  He was predeceased by a son, 2 brothers and 3 sisters.  A Viewing will be held on Tuesday, February 12, 2019 from 3 to 6 pm at the Carleton Funeral Home, Inc., www.carletonfh.com Wellsboro, PA.  Funeral services will follow at 6 pm with Rev. Darwin "Tink" Cranmer officiating.  Interment will be in the Tioga County Memorial Gardens, Mansfield, PA.
