Dennis E. Winters, age 70, of Wellsboro, PA, died on Sunday, June 6, 2021.  He was born on October 29, 1950 in Wellsboro, PA, a son of the late Lewis and Ella (Mosher) Winters and was married for 43 years to Ramona (Akey) Winters.  Denny was a farmer and a truck driver who loved his family.  He was a member of the Trinity Lutheran Church, Wellsboro, PA, a life member of the Wellsboro Fire Department and enjoyed hunting and fishing.  Dennis is survived by his wife Ramona A. Winters of Wellsboro, PA, four daughters: Brandy Winters, Danielle (Brian) Decker, Noel Winters all of Wellsboro, PA, Brittany (Matt Russell) Winters of Liberty, PA, 9 grandchildren: Amanda, Travis, Samuel, Brooke, Camdyn, Connor, Nevaeh, Kooper and Danika, a great granddaughter: Adalynn and a niece: Lorelei (Dennis) Gee of Wellsboro, PA.  He was predeceased by a brother: Benjamin Winters, sister: Shirley Behrmann and a niece: Kristina Hopper.  A viewing will be held on Wednesday, June 9, 2021 from 5 to 7 pm at the Carleton Funeral Home, Inc.www.carletonfh.com Wellsboro, PA.  Funeral services will be held on Thursday, June 10 at 1 PM at the Trinity Lutheran Church, Wellsboro, PA with Rev. Joseph Weatherell officiating.  Interment will be in the Tioga County Memorial Gardens, Mansfield, PA.
