Devin K. Webster, age 23, of Wellsboro, PA, passed away on Thursday, July 27, 2023.  He was born on March 14, 2000 in Wellsboro, PA, a son of Craig and Erin (Osgood) Webster.  Devin graduated from SLTC Lineman School in 2019 and was employed by Overland Contracting of Pittsburgh, PA as a cell tower technician. Devin enjoyed riding motorcycles, having ridden motorcycles since he was seven years old.  Devin's other hobbies included skydiving, shooting, learning to cook and the occasional pick-up soccer match.  He was always ready for the next big adventure.  Devin enjoyed life -- having a good time, going to comedy shows, concerts, casinos and just hanging out with friends, coming up with all manner of pranks and shenanigans. He had a dry sense of humor and easy going personality.  He will be missed by his family, friends and coworkers.  Devin is survived by his parents: Craig and Erin Webster of Wellsboro, PA, brother: Nicholas Webster of Dallas, PA, paternal grandmother: Darlene Webster of Wellsboro, PA, paternal grandfather: Paul Webster of Wellsboro, PA, maternal grandfather: Edmund (Carol) Osgood of Wellsboro, PA, uncle: Kevin (Angie) Webster of Greensboro, MD, aunt: Melissa (Merlin) Benner of Haines, AK, and cousins: Benjamin, Angelica, Jonas, Melody, Harmony, and Riley.  He was predeceased by his maternal grandmother: Barbara Storm, and a cousin: Zachary Webster.   Visitation will be held on Saturday, August 5, 2023 from 1 to 4 pm at the Carleton Funeral Home, Inc. www.carletonfh.com Wellsboro, PA.  A memorial service will follow at 4:00 pm at the funeral home with Pastor Kristi A.
