Diane M. (Allen) Borden, age 69, of Wellsboro, PA, died on Thursday, April 27, 2023.  She was born on December 3, 1953 in Wellsboro, PA a daughter of the late Arnold J. and Jean M. (Louden) Allen and was married to the late LaVern A.
