James B. Mosso, age 84, of Wellsboro, PA, died on Friday, May 17, 2024.  He was born on November 14, 1939 in Blossburg, PA a son of the late Lee and Anna (Gerow) Mosso and was the husband for 57 years of the late Bea (Jones) Mosso who passed away in 2019.  Jim retired from the former Commonwealth Telephone Company after 35 years of service.  He was a successful entrepreneur starting an automotive service company and also a construction and real estate development company.  He enjoyed boating on Seneca Lake, aviation, flying model airplanes, carpentry and especially spending time with his family.  Jim is survived by two sons: Scott (Tracy) Mosso of Mansfield, PA, Tony (Laurie Wilson) of Wellsboro, PA, two sisters: Bonnie (Denny) Cleveland and Connie Carson, both of Wellsboro, PA, half-brother: John (Tammy) Mosso of Wellsboro, PA, granddaughter: Kerstin Rohrer, two great grandchildren: Remmi Rohrer and Isla Rohrer.  In keeping with his wishes, there will not be a public service.  Arrangements are entrusted to the Carleton Funeral Home, Inc. www.carletonfh.com Wellsboro, PA.
