Janice M. "Sis" (Brown) McNinch, age 83, of Wellsboro, PA, died on Saturday, November 26, 2022.  She was born on August 14, 1939 in Wellsville, NY a daughter of the late Albert and Joetta (Hoover) Brown and was the wife of the late John G. McNinch.  Sis was a member of St. Peter's Catholic Church, an avid trout fisherwoman, hunter and enjoyed painting houses.  She had worked for the Silver Dollar Bar, Wally's Hotel, Borden Dairy and for Dr. Kreger for 20 years.  She is survived by a brother and two sisters.  Services will be private and are entrusted to the Carleton Funeral Home, www.carletonfh.com Wellsboro, PA.
