Jeffrey L. "Jeff" Burkholder "Wrangler", age72, of Wellsboro, PA, died on Sunday, October 2, 2022.  He was born on January 12, 1950 in Jersey Shore, PA, a son of the late Donald L. and Betty J. (Pepperman) Burkholder and was married to Gayle M. (Day) Burkholder for 53 years.  Jeff attended the Community of Grace Fellowship Church, Mansfield, PA, was a self-employed truck driver, and was a bus driver for Benedict's Bus Service, Wellsboro, PA.  He loved hunting, fishing, camping and four wheeling.  Jeff is survived by his wife: Gayle Burkholder of Wellsboro, PA, two daughters: Marcy (John) Schmouder of Blossburg, PA, Denise (Eric) Nichols of Wellsboro, PA, two brothers: Bradley (Marian Federco) Burkholder of Berwick, PA, Keith (Sharon Eskew) Burkholder of Galeton, PA, and many grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces, nephews and cousins.  He was predeceased by a sister and two great grandsons.  A memorial service will be held on Saturday, October 8, 2022 at 10:00 am at the Community of Grace Fellowship Church, Lambs Creek Road, Mansfield, PA with Pastor Jerry Cline and Pastor Guy Thompson officiating.  Arrangements have been entrusted to the Carleton Funeral Home, Inc. www.carletonfh.com Wellsboro, PA.
