Joseph V. Baran, Jr., age 75, of Wellsboro, PA, died on Friday, August 14, 2020.  He was born on October 21, 1944 in Hazelton, PA, a son of the late Joseph Baran, Sr. and Mary (Simko) Baran.  Joseph was a high school custodian for 31 years.  He is survived by a daughter: Patricia Baran of Wilkes-Barre, PA and a son: Jeffrey Baran of Swoyersville, PA.  He was predeceased by a brother: Philip C. Baran in 2015.  A graveside service will be held on Tuesday, August 18, 2020 at 10:00 AM at St. Peter's Catholic Cemetery, Wellsboro, PA with Rev.
