Joseph Lee Renninger, age 48 of Wellsboro passed away on Friday, June 28, 2024 on his family's farm. Born on November 2, 1975 in Reading, PA, he was the son of Russell R. and Alberta D. (Schnader) Renninger. He is survived by his daughter, Cortney L. Renninger of Wellsboro; his mother, Alberta D. Renninger; a sister, Kris A. Renninger of Reading; two brothers, Kip D. Renninger of Ephrata and Russell H. Renninger of Adamstown; two sisters, Lori J. (George) Pennypacker of Fleetwood and Keri J. Renninger of Greensboro, NC; his girlfriend, Kimberly Pierce and her daughter, Emily. He was preceded in death by his father, Russell.  Joe was a 1995 graduate of Exeter High School and Berks VOTEC in Leesport. He was a dedicated hard working farmer all his life. He loved farming, his animals, old cars, red tractors and deer hunting. Friends may call on Wednesday, July 3rd from 5:00 – 8:00 PM at the Carleton Funeral Home, Inc. www.carletonfh.com, Wellsboro and on Friday, July 5th from 11:00 AM – 1:00 PM at the Schwarzwald Lutheran Church, 250 Church Lane Rd, Reading, PA. A funeral service will follow at the church at 1:00PM. Burial will be in the Schwarzwald Cemetery. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to your local FFA or County 4-H.
