Judith L. "Judy" (Frederick) Garner, age 69, of Mansfield, PA, died on Saturday, June 19, 2021.  She was born on November 12, 1951 in McKeesport, PA, a daughter of the late Lawrence and Leardina (Melegari) Frederick.  She was married for 30 years to Dennis L. Garner.  She taught English and computer for the Northern Potter School District until her retirement.  Judy was a member of the River of Life Fellowship Church, Mansfield, PA where she enjoyed spending time with the women's group.  She is survived by her husband: Dennis Garner of Mansfield, PA and a sister-in-law: Caroline Frederick of WI.  A viewing will be held on Friday, June 25, 2021 from 10 to 11 am at the River of Life Fellowship.
