Kathy L. (Starkweather) McMullen, age 73, of Wellsboro, PA, died on Thursday, January 28, 2021.  She was born on April 7, 1947 in Blossburg, PA, a daughter of Wesley H. Starkweather and the late Kathryn (Emmick) Starkweather.  She was married to the late Scott E. McMullen and had worked for Taynton Freight System for many years.  Kathy is survived by her father: Wesley Starkweather of Wellsboro, PA, three sons: David Graham of Louisville, KY, Darren (Dina) Graham of South Lyon, MI, Daniel Graham of Williamsport, PA, brother: William (Lisa) Starkweather of Mansfield, PA, sister: Jeanette (Emery) Frome of Trout Run, PA and 5 grandchildren.  A memorial service will be announced at a later date.  Arrangements are entrusted to the Carleton Funeral Home, Inc. www.carletonfh.com Wellsboro, PA.
