Louis J. "Lou" Jimenez, age 54, of Wellsboro, PA, died on Saturday, July 17, 2021.  He was born on December 17, 1966 in Wellsboro, PA a son of the late Robert T. Jimenez and Beverly Ann (Boyden) Button.  Lou was married to Audrey L. Williams and had worked at sever places in Wellsboro in customer service.  He was the owner of the former Lou's American Truckstop Restaurant in Mansfield, PA and had cooked for many years at the Wellsboro Moose Lodge.  He loved cooking, camping, bowling, pool, karaoke, boating, his dogs, helping others the Pittsburgh Steelers and most of all, spending time with his family and friends.  Lou is survived by his mother: Beverly Ann Button of Middlebury Center, PA, wife: Audrey L. Jimenez of Wellsboro, PA, two daughters: Ashley Jimenez of Edison, NJ, Morgan (Tyler) Starkweather of Covington, PA, two step-daughters: Danielle (Ryan Wilson) Strange of Jeannette, PA, Kalene Strange of Conway, PA, two brothers: Robert Jimenez of  Elyria, OH, Michael Wright of Middlebury Center, PA, four sisters: Yvette (Kurt Wheatley) Heck of Wellsboro, PA, Dawn Wright of Lorain, OH, Jean Stopford of Thomasville, NC, three grandchildren: Madison Fair, Ethan Starkweather, Kailee Lou Starkweather and many nieces, nephews and cousins.  He was predeceased by a brother: Jose Jimenez and a sister: Amy Jimenez.  A memorial service will be held at the Wellsboro Moose Lodge # 1147 on Saturday, July 24, 2021 starting at 2:00 pm.  Arrangements are entrusted to the Carleton Funeral Home, Inc. www.carletonfh.com Wellsboro, PA.
