Lynn D. "Windy" Marshall, age 88, of Wellsboro, PA, died on Wednesday, March 17, 2021.  He was born on November 15, 1932 in Wellsboro, PA, a son of the late Fred and Lena Marshall.  Lynn was a fun-loving man who loved using his draft horses to do logging.  He enjoyed helping others and being outdoors.  Windy is survived by a son: David (Rachel) Marshall, daughter: Dora (Steve) Reese of Wellsboro, PA, brother: Carl Marshall of Harrisburg, PA, grandson: Nick Ives and 2 great grandchildren.  He was predeceased by a brother and a sister.  A graveside service will be held at the Marshall Family Cemetery at a later date.  Arrangements are entrusted to the Carleton Funeral Home, Inc. www.carletonfh.com Wellsboro, PA.
