Margaret (Clark) Neal, age 89, of Wellsboro, PA, died on Monday, February 8, 2021.  She was born on October 24, 1931 in Wellsboro, PA a daughter of the late George and Iva Jane (Clark) Clark.  Margaret was married to the late David L. Neal and was well known as the owner of the former Texas Lunch in Wellsboro, PA.  Mrs. Neal is survived by three sons: Earl (Wendy) Borden of Wellsboro, PA, Phillip Borden of Wellsboro, PA, Jim (Juari) Borden of Millerton, PA, daughter-in-law: Diane Borden of Wellsboro, PA, daughter: Evelyn Hepfer of Brogue, PA, eight grandchildren: Neil Borden, Denise Hoyles, Christine Avery, Linda Borden, Jennifer Erway, Russell Borden, Chuck Hepfer, Jr., Becky Witham and 16 great grandchildren.  She was predeceased by a son: LaVerne Borden.  A private family viewing and funeral service will be held on Saturday, February 13, 2021 at the Carleton Funeral Home, Inc. www.carletonfh.com Wellsboro, PA.  Interment will be in the West Branch Cemetery, Wellsboro, PA.
