Marjorie M. (Hunter) Gardner, age 93, of Blossburg, PA, died on Wednesday, June 2, 2021.  She was born on December 1, 1927 in Wellsboro, PA, a daughter of the late Ivan and Nina (Sumner) Hunter and was the wife of the late Allie L. Gardner.  Marge spent her whole life dedicated to her family, always putting them first!  She spent her days as a homemaker cooking huge meals for her family and several grandchildren.  She loved family gatherings and enjoyed her garden and canning the things that she grew.  Marge was an avid birdwatcher and was always home when the Price is Right and her soaps came on.

Marge is survived by two sons: Gary Gardner of Mansfield, PA, Dannie Gardner of Wellsboro, PA, daughter: Pat Barrett of Blossburg, PA, 9 grandchildren: Patrick Gardner of Waynesburg, PA, Jenn (Rich) Williams of Blossburg, PA, Lori (Don) Wolfe of Wellsboro, PA, Terry (Tania) Gardner of Wellsboro, PA, Dan Gardner of FL, Christy (Kyle) Gardner of AR, Jessica (Evan) Wawrykow of Pittsburgh, PA, Mikal Gardner of Wellsboro, PA, Charles (Bayley) Gardner of New England.  Brother: Billy Hunter of Blossburg, PA, 7 sisters: Beverly Hammer of Lancaster, NY, Iva White of Wellsboro, PA, Shirley Carey of Morris Run, PA, Barb Hunter of WA, Joyce Peterson of ME, Diana Hunter of DE, Janice Richards of Wellsboro, PA, 14 great grandchildren: Andrew Barrett, Shawn Barrett, Liam Williams, Paisley Williams, Gavin Gardner, Isabella Gardner, Emma Gardner, Damien Brandenburg, Jordyn Brandenburg, Taylyn Brandenburg, Ayden Burdge, Sam Wawrykow, Sydney Wawrykow, Aleeyah Gardner, Braxton Gardner and a great great grandson: Mason Barrett.  She was predeceased by a brother and two sisters.
