Mark A. Bell, age 62, of Wellsboro, PA, died on Friday, July 15, 2022.  He was born on October 20, 1959 in Wellsboro, PA, a son of the late Carvel P. Bell and Dawn E. (Brott) Bell and served in the US Marine Corps.  Mark was an ironworker and loved hunting, fishing, being outdoors, spending time with his family and friends and taking care of his mother.  He is survived by his mother: Dawn E.
