Patricia M. "Patti" (Olmstead) Russell, age 88, of Wellsboro, PA, died  on Monday, January 4, 2021.  She was born on April 5, 1932 in Wellsboro, PA, a daughter of the late Burdette P. and Genevieve (Taynton) Olmstead and was the wife of the late Ernest I. Wilcox and her second husband, the late Robert L. Russell.  Patti was a former Wellsboro Borough Secretary and enjoyed doing crafts, gardening, cooking and traveling.  She is survived by a son: David (Linda Eick) Wilcox of Osceola, PA, two daughters: Debbie Kerr of Wellsboro, PA, Gail (James) Parks of Port Crane, NY, stepsons: Robert (Lori) Russell, Jr. of Lansdale, PA, Stephen Russell of TX, James Russell of New Cumberland, PA, stepdaughter: June (Ken) Perry of Mt. Holly Springs, PA, 14 grandchildren and 12 great grandchildren.  A graveside service at the Wellsboro Cemetery with Rev.
