Richard J. "Dick" English, age 94, of Wellsboro, PA, died on Tuesday, November 22, 2022.  He was born on November 22, 1928 a son of the late Jason E. and Evelyn (Buckingham) English and was married for 17 years to Joyce (Henry) English.  Dick retired from Corning Glass Works, Corning, NY and was a member of Wellsboro VFW Post # 4907 and Wellsboro Lodge # 1147 Loyal Order of Moose.  He was predeceased by his first wife: Nadine English and his second wife: Kathryn English.  Dick is survived by his wife: Joyce H. English, son: Mike (Pam) English of Wellsboro, PA, daughter: Robin Corse of Wellsboro, PA, granddaughter: Bailey Corse of  Wellsboro, PA, step children: Natalie (Francis) Kennedy of Wellsboro, PA, Sandra (Kevin McCall) Buchko of Susquehanna, PA, Dolly (Glenn) Thomason, Del (Debbie) Schriner, Jr., Cheryl (Jeff) Beckman all of Wellsboro, PA, 10 step grandchildren and 7 step great grandchildren.  He was predeceased by a grandson: Jason "JR" English.  In keeping with Dick's wishes, there will not be any services.  Arrangements are entrusted to the Carleton Funeral Home, Inc. www.carletonfh.com Wellsboro, PA.
