Robert Walter "Bob" Snyder, age 70, passed peacefully from the loving arms of sister "Suzie" to those of Our Lord and Savior on Wednesday September 14, 2022.  Bob was a resident at The Broad Acres in Wellsboro.  He was born on February 4, 1952 in Easton, PA, a son of the late Walter Charles and Hilda Mae (VanHorn) Snyder.

Bob was a 1970 graduate of Easton Area High School and worked at Industrial Engraving in Easton before joining the US Air Force.  He served from 1973-1977 at Holloman Air Force Base in Alamogordo, New Mexico as a jet engine mechanic of the Thunderbirds.

After military service, he worked in the propane industry in Arizona, New Jersey and Pennsylvania.  Lastly, for many years he managed B&B Beverage in Doylestown, Pennsylvania.

Survivors are Brother Steven (Julie) Snyder of Nazareth, PA and Sisters Susan Moser of Wellsboro and Cindy (James) Zahoroiko of Saylorsburg PA, Aunt: Shirley (Young) Snyder of Easton, PA and numerous cousins, nieces and nephews.

Besides his parents, he was predeceased by brother Larry (Melanie) Snyder, sister Linda (Thomas) Kaiser, brother-in-law Bruce (Susan) Moser.

Bob loved the outdoors and touring the country. He was a boater, hiker, camper, fisherman, golfer, photographer, bowler, a critter lover and he was a fun trickster.

A Memorial Service will be held at 3:00 on Saturday, October 1, 2022 at Marsh Creek Fellowship Baptist Church, Wellsboro, PA with Pastor Keith Williams officiating.  Interment will be at a future date in the Northampton Memorial Shrine, Easton, PA.

Bob and his siblings, father, uncle, grandmother and multiple others succumbed to Huntington's Disease.
