He was born Feb. 9, 1951 in Rochester, N.Y., a son of the late Muriel Hatch.

He was a Vietnam Veteran serving with the U.S. Navy and was married to Darlene J. (Johnston) Hatch.

A viewing will be held Wednesday, Dec. 26, 2018 from 3 to 4 p.m. at the Carleton Funeral Home, Inc.  A funeral service will follow at 4 p.m. at the funeral home with Rev.
