Rosemary (Bliss) Boyce, age 94, of Wellsboro, PA, passed away on Sunday, October 25, 2026. She was born June 24, 1932, in Wellsboro, PA, to the family of Lewis and Annie Bliss. She graduated from Wellsboro High School in 1950. Rosemary was the widow of Donald Boyce. They were married on September 24, 1953. She worked for Owlett and Lewis for over 30 years as an abstractor, retiring in 2014 and was a member of St. Peter’s Catholic Church, active member of the Grange for many years and Tioga County Fair. She was predeceased by her children in 1965; Nancy, Gary, Bruce, Thomas and Lucy. Her husband Donald, Lewis and Annie Bliss, Sara (Bliss) Mays, Ethel (Bliss) Davis, Glenn Bliss, Hugh Bliss, Gene Davis. Survivors; Glenn (Mary Lou) Davis of Wellsboro, PA, Grant Douglas (Connie) Davis of Middlebury Center, PA, Connie (Louis) Adams of Towanda, PA and many treasured nieces and nephews.
