Sandra L. Tillotson, age 80 of Wellsboro passed away at home on Thursday, May 15, 2025.  Born June 26, 1944 in Williamsport, she was the daughter of the late Arnold and Aldora (Roupe) Clark.  Sandy worked in the restaurant business as a cook for many years.  She enjoyed cooking and baking, gardening and taking care of many stray and domestic cats.  Sandy is survived by her children, Tom and Bev Cleveland, Tammie and George Hill and Kevin Cleveland, all of Wellsboro; grandchildren, Justin Cleveland, Heidi Stephen, Katherine Cleveland, Christi Tubbs, Michael Tubbs, Stormy Mckenna, Eddie Mckenna and Kara Whaley; 11 great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.  She was preceded in death by her husband, William "Bill" A. Tillotson and two brothers, Jim and Lee Clark.  A Celebration of Sandy's Life will be held at a later date.  Services are entrusted to the Carleton Funeral Home, Inc.
