Timothy W. Elwood, age 63, formerly of Wellsboro, PA, died on Friday, January 8, 2021.  He was born on October 10, 1957 in Corning, NY, a son of the late Willis M. Elwood and Jean D. (Schultz) Nickerson.  Tim worked on a farm and is survived by his mother: Jean D.
