Valren E. Culp, age 88, of Wellsboro, PA, died on Friday, October 10, 2025.  He was born on February 14, 1937 in Ohio, a son of the late Paine and Evelyn (Wiemer) Culp, was married to the late Dorothea "Dot" (Baker) Culp and served in the US Army.  Val is survived by two sisters-in-law: Jean Culp and Rosalind Culp both of Galeton, PA, and "bonus children" William Baker of Gold, PA, Kathlen (Albert) Talada of Elmira, NY, Robert (Pam) Baker of Scio, NY, Brenda Badmone of Wellsboro, PA, Johanna (John) Shelmire of Wellsboro, PA, Dorothea (Michael) Shuster of Wellsboro, PA, Alice Smith of Sutton WV.  He was predeceased by four brothers: Paine Culp, Kenneth Culp, Aaron Culp, Ted Culp and a son: John Baker.  Services will be private and are entrusted to the Carleton Funeral Home, Inc. www.carletonfh.com Wellsboro, PA.
