Virginia L. "Jenny" Stocum, age 59 of Wellsboro left to be with her Lord on August 12, 2021.  Born November 29, 1961 in Blossburg, PA, she was the daughter of the late Elwood and Rhea "Vivian" (Weber) Wilson.  She married Duane O. Stocum on Dec. 30, 1978; they shared 42 years and had two wonderful children together.  Jenny enjoyed camping, yard sales and spending time with her family and she attended the Vineyard Church of Wellsboro. She is survived by her loving husband, Duane; her children, Duane R. (Beverly) Stocum of Wellsboro and Jessica L. Gesford of Stony Fork; 6 grandchildren, Kelsey, Lizzie and Dakota Gesford and Benjamin, Ariana and Naomi Stocum; one great grandson, Axell Lane; one brother, Tim (Glory) Wilson; two sisters, Rhea Shelman and Lisa (Steve) Vargeson and several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins.  Family will receive friends at Carleton Funeral Home, Inc. on Wednesday, Aug. 18th from 6:00 – 8:00 PM and on Thursday, Aug. 19th from noon – 1:00 PM.  A funeral service will be held immediately following on Thursday at 1:00 PM with Pastor Brett Kennedy officiating.  Burial will be in Niles Valley Cemetery.  In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be made to the Carleton Funeral Home, Inc., 11470 Route 6, Wellsboro, PA 16901 to help the family with funeral expenses.  www.carletonfh.com.
