William A. "Bill" Tillotson, age 71, of Wellsboro, PA, died on Monday, August 12, 2024.  He was born on June 14, 1953 in Blossburg, PA, a son of the late Robert and Doris (Smith) Tillotson and was married to Sandy L. (Clark) Tillotson.  Bill was formerly employed by Dietrich's Milk Products, Middlebury Center, PA.  He was a member of the REMF, the MCH hunting club, and enjoyed hunting, fishing, working on farms and was a football and baseball fan.  He is survived by his wife: Sandy Tillotson of Wellsboro, PA, stepsons: Tom (Beverly) Cleveland, Kevin Cleveland, both of Wellsboro, PA, step-daughter: Tammie (George) Hill of Wellsboro, PA, brother: Robert (Ursula) Tillotson of Germany, sister: Sherry Brooks of Wellsboro, PA, several grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.  He was predeceased by sisters: Viola Gorda, Roberta Dixon and a brother: Paul Tillotson.  A private family service will be held at a later date.  Arrangements are entrusted to the Carleton Funeral Home, Inc. www.carletonfh.com Wellsboro, PA.
